This is the Official 8171 Portal:

First, launch a web browser and visit the official BISP website:

8171. bisp. gov.pk. Here you can check your eligibility and updates regarding BISP Payments.

Enter Your CNIC Number

Once on the site you’ll see a field labelled “شناختی کارڈ نمبر” (CNIC number). Without dashes and spaces write your 13 digits CNIC number in this box.

Perform the Captcha Verification

You will have to solve a CAPTCHA challenge to make sure the system is not being accessed by bots. Enter the code shown there into the designated field exactly as displayed and click the submit button.

Check Your Payment Status

You can then submit the request, and will be presented with your payment details.

If you’re eligible, the page will display the status of your payments, the total amount credited, and all recent transactions.

Visit the nearest HBL ATM.

Inject your debit card and enter your PIN.
